- no shows - 100% of total price
- deposit necessary - in case of cancellation deposit will be refunded as a voucher (3 year validity & transferrable)
- Should the booking confirmation price differ from the price list, price list prices apply.
A new price list renders all previous price lists invalid.
No cash refunds on deposits, deposits remain redeemable vouchers. Vouchers are transferrable. Valid up to 3 years from date of issue.
According to section 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal.

Booking numbers must be confirmed 1 month prior to date of arrival.

For any further reductions in group number we charge 50 % of the total price for those persons.
14 -7 days prior to arrival we charge 70 % of the total price per person.
Between 6 and 1 day prior to arrival we charge 90% of the total price per person.
For no shows we charge 100 % of the total price per person.
